Netbook that equipped with a hybrid chip AMD Fusion series is ready at the beginning of next year. AMD claims the new chip will make a netbook more power saving.
Vice President of Design Engineering AMD, Dina McKinney mentioned, the netbook will be shipped with the chip code-named Ontario that is embedded in it. Ontario has a CPU-based Bobcat, which is low power architecture of AMD’s.
“Chip-based Bobcat designed specifically for use on netbooks and ultra portable laptops that will consume less power,” McKinney said, as quoted from PC Advisor, Wednesday (08/25/2010).
McKinney did not mention much power is drawn chip Ontario. But according to him, Bobcat CPU can draw less power than 1 watt.

The CDMA version of the iPhone 4 is ready for January 2011. As quoted from Neowin, Thursday (12/08/2010) American market will be the first to feel the CDMA version of the iPhone 4, with an exclusive contract of Verizon operator. It was ever be said by Verizon CEO Ivan Seidenberg, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2010.
So what is advantage for Apple and Verizon?
For Verizon, this cooperation is a benefit. The reason for this package is GSM version of iPhone sales in the U.S. only carried out exclusively by their competitors AT & T.
For Apple, they’ll have two sales channels exclusively. AT & T with GSM and Verizon with the CDMA version of iPhone 4.

Dell Streak will coming soon in America on August 12, 2010. These products can be obtained with a two-year contract by AT & T, or without a contract. What is the price?
As quoted from the written statement of Dell at Engadget, Wednesday (08/11/2010) these products has non-contract price of USD 550. While the service package with two-year contract by AT & T, Dell Streak sold for USD 300.
